Looking for a safe and effective way to bid farewell to unwanted eyebrow tattoos or microblading?

Clients approach us when their eyebrows end up the wrong colour, style or shape or if they feel that their eyebrows were making their facial expressions look angry or unnatural. Fortunately, Laser Tattoo Removal is a fast, safe and effective solution for removing unwanted Semi-Permanent and Permanent Eyebrow Makeup and Microblading. Book a consultation with one of our highly-experienced Laser Specialists today.
“I just can not speak highly enough of India. I was so incredibly unhappy with my semi permanent make up I’d had done elsewhere, and found India who provides the best semi permanent make up removal service. So very kind and gentle and caring and most important of all empathetic. My little journey with India to get back to the eyebrows I love has so far been incredible.”

How Does Laser PMU Removal Work?
Your lymphatic system recognises the presence of foreign material (such as tattoo ink) as soon as you were tattooed - but the ink particles are too large for the body to excrete. Our laser's job is to shatter the larger ink particles into smaller ones that can then be excreted through your body’s natural immune system.
During each removal session, the high-intensity light emitted by our medical grade ND YAG Laser is absorbed by the tattoo pigment - which results in the breakdown of the ink so that it can be removed naturally by your immune system. Whilst the treatment can be uncomfortable, it is very quick. It only takes a few minutes per eyebrow.
“Came in as an emergency after eyebrow tattooing at a different beauty clinic. India was kind enough to respond to me ASAP. I was taken care of and made to feel like I wasn’t alone, and the specialist was professional and kind throughout my treatment. I’m still on a journey but I’m glad there are people in the world like India and her team. Kindness Empathy and compassion are in abundance at this clinic, as well as a wealth of knowledge and experience. Thankyou for all your help. Would highly recommend.”

Emergency Saline Removal
Emergency Saline PMU Removal is highly recommended for emergency cases for straight after an unwanted tattoo/permanent makeup/microblading being done. The earlier an emergency removal session will be performed the better the results will be.
Saline PMU Removal involves Microneedling the area with a saline solution – which gently draws the pigment to the surface and exfoliates it away. This process is best for when semi-permanent pigments were used. Eyebrow tattoos/Microblading will appear lighter after just one treatment - although this treatment usually takes multiple procedures to achieve desired results depending on which pigment was used, how much pigment was implanted and how deep that pigment was implanted into your skin.
Permanent Makeup Corrections
India Gabrielle is a Multi UK Award Winning Permanent Makeup Artist and Educator - based in Bexhill On-Sea, East Sussex. India Gabrielle is qualified to the highest level available in Permanent Makeup, as well as Removal and Corrections.
Depending on the colour, density and placement of the existing ink - it is not always in the client’s best interest for India to try and create new brows over their existing work - so sometimes the only option is removal first. Depending on your existing work - sometimes just one session is all that's needed to remove enough pigment.
Once enough pigment/ink has been removed and the skin has fully healed, India can create bespoke, natural-looking brows tailored to your unique facial structure, skin tone and hair colour.
India only uses the finest-quality, semi-permanent, mineral pigments - which means that over time they will require maintenance to keep the colour looking fresh, but they won't discolour in the same way as permanent tattoo inks. It also means that as your face shape changes with age and style preferences evolve - your eyebrows can always be adjusted to suit you perfectly in years to come.
“I will never be able to completely express my gratitude towards India for my brows! After having microblading done (horrifically) elsewhere and being left embarrassed and trying to hide my brows as much as I could, I sought help from India. It took a few sessions of Saline Removal but then I was finally able to have the most amazing brows! India makes the whole experience personal, pain free and puts you at ease through out. It’s now always my priority to book maintenance treatments to keep them as amazing! My brows have never been complemented upon so much and I couldn’t be happier with them!”

Without knowing what type of pigment was used, how much or how deeply the pigment was implanted into your skin – and because skin types vary – it is impossible to know how many treatments will be needed to achieve satisfactory results. No guarantee can be given as to how many sessions will be required for any individual. However, most clients generally notice a significant amount of colour has been removed even after just one treatment.
The main differences between cosmetic tattooing and traditional body tattoos are the techniques and types of ink compounds used; fortunately, cosmetic tattoos are usually much easier to remove, and most cosmetic eyebrow treatments take between 1-3 laser sessions, spaced at 6-12-week intervals.
-
If you have only just had your eyebrows tattooed/microbladed, your skin needs a minimum of at least 8-12 weeks before you start Laser PMU Removal treatment. This period is vital to allow the ink to settle down in the dermis so that the colours are clearly visible on your skin. As an alternative treatment - you may be suitable for Emergency Saline Removal.
For best results, Emergency Saline Removal must be carried out as soon as possible - so if you have just had your eyebrows tattooed you must contact the clinic immediately to make an emergency appointment.

Laser PMU Removal is perfect for removal of permanent inks - the laser breaks the pigment into tiny particles, which the body is then able to dispose of. This method often sees a much quicker result than Saline Removal.

Laser PMU Removal treatment can be uncomfortable, however it is very quick and only takes a few minutes per eyebrow and anaesthetic is not required. It is normal to feel heat and the sensation is often compared to the feeling of a rubber band snapping against your skin. We always allow plenty of time for each appointment so that you can take breaks in between shots, if required.
-
After treatment it’s normal to experience minor to moderate pinpoint bleeding, redness, swelling, tenderness and even blisters - these symptoms may appear immediately or a few days after. It is important not to pick the scabs and pop the blisters or you risk scarring. It is also normal to experience scabbing as the skin heals. We strongly recommend planning your appointment around any social commitments.
Healing time varies for each individual, no guarantee can be given as to how long it will take an individual to fully heal post treatment. Surface healing normally takes up to 2 weeks, in most cases the skin should return back to normal within 5-7 days. Inner healing takes longer - it can generally take 6-8 weeks for the skin to fully heal.

The first step is a one-to-one consultation with our Advanced Laser & Skin Specialist - we will assess your permanent makeup/microblading, discuss your goals, check your medical history and assess your suitability for the procedure.
During your consultation, all of the pre-treatment advice and aftercare will also be discussed. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions so that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.
A test patch must always be carried out before your treatment to determine the treatment parameters and to judge how your skin might react to a full treatment. This is important because it enables us to assess whether your skin is responding as would be expected. Assuming your skin settles well following the patch test you can return for your full treatment after 48 hours.

The ink usually used for semi-permanent tattoos consists of a variety of compounds made up of the primary colours; red, yellow and blue. At your first session we will use a filter to target the darker blue ink. It is not unusual for the iron used in tattoo compounds, (in particular cosmetic tattoos) to oxidise when treated with a laser, therefore you can expect your tattoo to temporarily turn into a rusty brown / orange / pink colour after the first or second laser treatment; this is nothing to worry about. At subsequent treatments we will use a different filter to target the remaining red and yellow pigment, if required.
-
You need to wait a minimum of 6 weeks in between each session to allow the skin enough time to fully heal. In some cases, we may recommend waiting longer in between particularly for more mature skin. Your practitioner will be able to advise you.
-
Yes - you will need to wait a minimum of 12 weeks to allow the skin time to fully heal before having new Permanent Eyebrow Makeup.
